We get engaged with our clients in two stages: -
a) Workshop on Journey from ‘Good to Great’ through Institutionalization of Excellent Business Practices - It's a 2 to 3 days workshop for the senior management. A scorecard exercise that draws from best practices across the globe will be an integral part of the workshop and with active facilitation from EBS faculty, companies’ senior executives participating in the workshop will be scoring themselves on various attributes. The aggregated output from this scoring can form the basis for arriving at the ‘areas for improvement’ within the company.
This is also called as “show the mirror” exercise with senior executives. Deep dive sessions and How -To workshops must follow. We not only tell you WHAT to do; we will suggest HOW you could do it.
b) Initial detailed Diagnostic Assessment - The outcome of the initial assessment proposed will give us the right insight and understanding to plan the subsequent efforts and interventions that EBS will have to carry out at organisations to effect a transformation to move from Good to Great.
