ISO 22000 training and deployment:-

Introduction:

ISO 22000 specifies the leadership policies, processes and controls (hazard analysis and the installation of critical control points) to prevent pathogens from entering the food supply chain from sea and farm to fork.

Module 1: General Awareness Training 1 Day

To provide overview of requirements of the ISO 22000. Focus will be on following:-

Objectives of the training

Make participants to understand the importance of HACCP Principle and ISO 22000 and how implementing a HACCP program can help organizations build in the basic fundamentals to achieve the provision of safe food

Module 2: Documentation and Implementation Training 3 Days

To provide in depth knowledge on requirements of the ISO 22000 and HACCP Principles. Focus will be on following:-

  • History of ISO 9001

  • ISO 9001 QMS Model

  • Exposure to 8 Quality management Principles

  • Exposure to different categories of Process

  • Effectiveness and efficiency of the process

  • Exposure to Turtle concept and octopus model for defining the process

  • Exposure to BMS Control Plan


  • Exposure to HACCP principles

  • Importance of national/international food safety legislation

  • Understanding requirements of ISO 22000

  • Documentation requirements of ISO 22000

  • Exposure to Corrective and preventive actions concepts

Module 3: Internal Auditor Training 3 Days

The primary objective of this training course is to instruct food safety auditors in the principles and practices specific to auditing for conformance with ISO 22000:2005, including planning and preparation of the audit, audit practices, and reporting audit findings. To improve the audit skills of Internal Auditor in order to conduct effective internal audits and Value added audits in the organization.


Module 4: Lead Auditor Course 5 Days

Main Highlight of Program:
